Meet The Mediator - Jeffrey Owens

With more than two decades of experience and over 1,000 mediations and investigations conducted, Jeffrey A. Owens brings calm, clarity, and solutions to the most challenging disputes.
Jeff is a licensed attorney and a qualified mediator for the State of Utah. His credentials include a Juris Doctor (JD), a Master’s in Organizational Management, and specialized training in Conflict Resolution, Domestic Mediation, and Workplace Mediation.
He has mediated with Utah Dispute Resolution and the Dispute Resolution Center of Central Michigan, resolving a wide range of disputes including family law, workplace conflicts, Title IX investigations, contracts, and interpersonal issues.
Beyond his mediation practice, Jeff is an experienced trainer, having developed and led mediation programs, and taught university and continuing education courses in business law, communication, conflict resolution, and leadership. He has mentored the next generation of mediators across academic, corporate, and government sectors.
